Theatre - a gregarious form that combines arts, dance, music, literature to create masterpieces that fire away the imagination of the audience.  At the KalaGhoda Arts Festival watch international acts , veterans and amateur directors put together plays across many genres and languages.

Our thematic for the 2013 festival is 'PLAY FOR CHANGE'. The Theatre Programs this year would be conducted at at Horniman Circle Garden, NGMA, Max Mueller Bhavan, Artists' Centre, Starbucks at Fort and David Sassoon Library.

This is one  of  Tendulkar’s  more popular plays  a  bitter  comedy   hitting  out  not  only  at  casteism  but  is  also  a  tongue-in-cheek comment  on  the  education  system which  specializes  in  churning  out  educated  illiterates.
